Customer inventory system, secure shareable links, reuse logic, and CRM-side inventory visibility

Customer Inventory System
Customers can now complete a full moving inventory list through a secure web form, including quantities, notes, and submission tracking.
Secure Token-Based Inventory Links
Each inventory form is accessed via a unique secure token, allowing customers to save progress and return without login.
Smart Form Reuse (No Duplicates)
Sending an inventory list now reuses the active form instead of creating duplicates, keeping data clean and consistent.
Inventory Visibility in Customer Profile
Customer pages now show inventory status, totals, timestamps, and allow staff to open or copy the form instantly.
Copy & Open Inventory Links
Quick actions let staff copy or open the inventory form directly from the CRM without generating a new one.
Send Inventory via SMS
Inventory links can now be inserted directly into SMS messages for fast delivery to customers.
Progress Tracking & Status Flow
Inventory forms track lifecycle states including Sent, Opened, In Progress, and Submitted with timestamps.
Secure Token Storage
Inventory links use hashed tokens for validation, with optional public tokens for CRM access and reuse.
