Zen Move delivers leads from people actively requesting moving quotes online. Each lead includes origin and destination, move date, home type and size, and requested services such as packing, storage, specialty items, or office moves — so your team can quote faster and close more jobs.

You set routing preferences — service areas, move types, home sizes, and services. When a customer submits a quote request that matches your criteria, Zen Move sends it directly to your inbox. No portal to check; leads arrive by email in real time.

Exclusive Leads are pre-qualified leads listed in the Zen Move Marketplace by admin — available for verified partners to claim first. Unlike shared leads, each exclusive lead is sold once. When you claim one, the customer's full contact details are revealed to you immediately and credits are deducted from your account balance automatically.

Log in to your partner dashboard and go to the Marketplace tab. Available exclusive leads are displayed with the route, move type, home size, price, and time remaining before expiry. If you have enough credits, click Claim — you'll be shown a confirmation with the cost before anything is deducted. Once confirmed, the contact details are revealed instantly in your dashboard.

Unclaimed exclusive leads expire automatically after the set period (typically 7–14 days). You won't be charged for expired leads. Check the Marketplace regularly — leads with shorter expiry windows are often the most competitive.

Yes. If you receive a customer inquiry for a route or move type you don't cover — especially international or long-distance moves — you can submit it through the Marketplace. An admin reviews it, sets a price, and you're notified once it's approved. You earn credits applied to your account.

The Marketplace is primarily designed for international and long-distance moving leads you can't service yourself. Leads must be recent (within 30 days), the customer must not have already received a quote from you, and the lead must not be disputed or flagged as invalid.

Admin sets the price on each approved lead — typically between $5 and $50 depending on the move complexity, destination, and freshness. You'll be notified by email once your lead is approved with the confirmed price.

Credits are your account balance on Zen Move. You earn credits when leads you submit are approved and sold. You spend credits when you claim Exclusive Leads. Credits can also be purchased directly to top up your balance. All transactions are tracked in your Billing page.

If you receive a lead that is unreachable, invalid, or clearly outside your service area, you can dispute it within 7 days from your dashboard. The Zen Move team reviews disputes within 2–3 business days. Approved disputes result in a credit or replacement lead. A lead is not disputable simply because the customer chose a competitor.

No. Leads arrive directly to your inbox by email and you can reply immediately, forward to dispatch, or log into your CRM. The partner dashboard gives you additional control — claiming exclusive leads, submitting leads to sell, viewing billing, and managing your preferences — but your day-to-day workflow stays email-first.

You can update your routing preferences to narrow your criteria, focus on higher-value jobs, or pause lead delivery temporarily. You can resume at any time. Your credits and account history are preserved while paused.
